Oomph & Élan on Women’s Day by budding designers of SFI

The Women’s Day evening was all set to dazzle with red carpet, stars shining around, lights, cameras and the supermodels who walked in bold, bright colors with wide range of prints. The one-of-a kind sassy graduating degree fashion show, IN-DEPTH 2011 was organized by Satyam Fashion Institute (SFI) Noida on the International Women’s Day.

The fashion extravaganza had a lively theme “Freedom in Future”, which was seen with a promise of being fashionable and yet grounded to the Indian culture. There was more to enthrall the audience as the pragmatic theme had exclusive sub-themes like the third kind, Journey of Women, Incarnation of Mayura, Blossom of Tune, Newspaper, Shells, Minimalism, Less is More, Robot, Jungle with many more innovative themes. A visual symphony of fabrics was seen, which took us into a world of glamour and sensuality.

The Hon’ble Dr. Professor, Mrs. Chandra Krishna Murthy, Vice Chancellor, SNDT University presided the function. The glamour quotient was increased by the charismatic presence of an eminent designer Ms. Sonia Jaitleey the chief guest for the evening. The show was choreographed by Mr. Ketan Bhatia and was made a spectacular affair under a shimmering sky of crystal.
